Goa Sudharop is pleased to organize & host International Goan Women's Appreciation Day. Let us celebrate, honor, and thank Goan women for their achievements. We invite your nominations for recognition of Goan women in all walks of life. All nominations will be acknowledged & honored at a function to be held in the San Francisco Bay Area (exact location & time to be annnounced). There is no minimum achievement necessary for nominations. Please nominate your mom as good mothers or sisters or nieces, aunts, etc. Additionally, please send nominations for working Goan women, and those who are active in the arts (music, literature, poetry, etc.), and those who volunteer. Plus any other category, no nomination will be rejected. This is celebration of ALL Goan women. There are no specific categories or minimum requirements. There will be a lunch, public recognition of nominations, a keynote speaker, and a panel of Goan women discussing various issues.
