Hello, I enjoyed reading "Amchi Khobor" which was handed out at the Goan reunion July 4th. I read with interest that Philomena's family has roots in Sangolda, my grandfather, Philip Simon Menezes, family was from Sangolda who had migrated to Karachi, now Pakistan. In all my travels I have not met any one from Sangolda. I was told the family home was near the Bishop's house. I am trying to develop a family tree and can only go back to my father's sibs. I was born in Karachi studied in England migrated to Canada. We are retired and live just south of the San Diego border in Rosarito, Baja California, Mexico.
