Gabe, This is actually a money making racket Based in Delhi. These people contact prominent and not so prominent people and pamper them to take this award. One has to pay upwards of Rs. 8000/- plus a trip to Delhi to receive this piece of shit. A friend of mine came to me (colleague in the party) all buoyed up. I told him the truth and he was pissing red.
