Govt ought to have been aware of the poluted condition of majority of Restaurants/Hotels in the State. I used to eat at a popular vegetarian hotel near the old wholesale fish market in Margao. On one occasion my bladder had a pressing need. I was pointed to an upstairs toilet. I was shocked to see what was going on food was been cooked in large sauce pans in close proximity to the toilet that full of stinking faeces. And that was the last I ate TALI over there.
