The GOA-Toronto, under Oscar Furtado, dedicated this year's Viva Goa 2003 as Toronto's community event as part of the World Goa Day celebrations.
I guess Maurice & Clarina/Goa Academy did not attend/participate there. Just for the record the Viva Goa celebrations in Toronto are the largest gathering of Goans outside Goa (at the same time).
