Hello Frederick: I just read an article by Qaiser regarding foreign players in the NFL. I can understand the debate, yes it does have it's pro's and con's. I played in the North American Soccer League, and In canada, there were alot of very famous players that were bought over to not only help the game grow, but set a good standard of football. I don't believe it to be a harmful idea, however,as long as clubs keep in mind that the importance of developing home grown talent is far more important then winning. Because the long term success of football depends on developing youth players for both the club and specially the national team. I believe each team should be allowed three foreign players that can play on the field. The rest being home grown talent with potential to succeed. The coaches in clubs have the responsiability to encourage young players to reach their potential and thus fore then giving them the opportunity to play and gain experience. I myself am seeking a coaching position and recently had an article done in the Indian express which I will forward to you for review and CV, I hope you may be able to help me in some way. I know there are clubs who might be looking for a new coach. I hope to hear from you in the close future.
