All, I do not like the mention of portugal nor do I like people who flee to the west. fantasising and fleeing gets us nowhere and leaves our people sapped. we need to help ourselves!
we need to inculcate a work culture of can-do attitude, education and hard work. that in a nutshell is the IT work culture. 15-20 year olds are best suited for this. I dont think government intervention is required at all. may I suggest a fund, targeted towards producing IT workers. pour money on the worthies and four years will get you your money back, plenty of goodwill and return on capital. it is not charity, but self help. anybody thinks there are risks ? and please, let your poixe do the talking ;) agnelo __________________________________ Do you Yahoo!?
