-------------------------------------------- Woman jumps to death in well --------------------------------------------- A 22-year-old woman from Latambarcem-Bicholim committed suicide by jumping into a nearby well on Wednesday night.
Bicholim police said Leena Suresh Malik left her house sometime at about 10 pm.Family members began a search operation and the body was located in a well at a paddy field.
Neighbours then alerted Bicholim police and a police team along with the fire services fished out the body from the well.The body was sent for an autopsy to the Goa Medical College Hospital at Bambolim and was later handed over to family members for final rites.
