TILLARI TALKS NEXT MONTH: A fresh round of discussions over Tillari Irrigation Project between Maharashtra and Goa governments has been scheduled in the first week of October. Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar reiterated that the government was not in favour of closure of the projectbut desires a review of it in the right direction. (GT)
