Would you rather have a situation like in Pakistan, where in the absense of land reform, three families, namely the Bhuttos, Legharis and Jatois own 60% of the land (exceeding even the ownership of the Government of Pakistan)? What would the consequence be for the non-landowners? They would forever be at the mercy of the landowner, who could dictate price/rent/share term? -Tariq __________________________________ Do you Yahoo!? The New Yahoo!
