------------------------------- Tourists leaps to death -------------------------------- A young foreigner committed suicide by leaping off a city building, yesterday. Police officials informed that Laakkonen Esa Peteri, from Finland, jumped off the first floor of the building near the city Municipal Garden, at about 10.30am.
