Miguel you raise some interesting questions. I'm always interested in hearing what a man has to say about rape. I just don't understand the following questions and concerns:

Did she meekly submit or were there bodily signs of a struggle?

I can't speak for India, but in America, not struggling does NOT constitute giving consent. Should a woman struggle if her attacker has a knife? Should she run the risk of losing her life as well??
