I'm not quite aware of Anti-Smoking laws in other countries. Can anyone let me know if there's a law in any other country that bans smoking on the beach. I'm not talking about 'public spaces' in general. Is there any country in the world where one is not allowed to spoke in an open airy windy area like a beach, where there's no remote possibility of your second-hand smoke doing any damage?

Hi there,

This was forwarded to me by a freind , and I couldnt believe what I was reading
about "No smoking on the beach!"

I am a regular visitor to Goa from the UK, and this was forwarded to me by a
British freind who lives in Goa.

Could you please tell me where I can find out about this, as I am supposed to be
visiting Goa again in February 2004, and this may make me change my plans, and a
lot of my freinds who will be joining me!

Thanking you for your help
