Alas i wish all this happens one day ! I believe , free and fair elections should be stopped for a year or two as they are never fair and this will prevent goons coming into power and that means no political interference and equal and fair justice ! religion as i always said should be banned so no stirring of frenzy and that means no mob terror or incitement of hate against religion , stringent punishment for the convicted and strict vigil on witness revelations and protection, supervisions on forensic lab and evidence material, so that no evidence gets changed or doctored. IMPLEMENT DICTATORIAL OR MILITARY RULE IN INDIA for at least 2 years to analyse the effect ....no parole or mercy even for petty criminals....high salaries at the POLICE DEPT to avoid bribes also empowerment of women, compulsory education for the masses and formation of civil societies to counter crimes and suitable rewards for informants and public helpers in deterring attacks and victim rescues...social ostracize and ridicule of the offenders from the group and social respect ,acceptance and encouragement for the unfortunate but brave victim.
