Joe, Your mail reminds me of another incident !! Hindus normally don't eat anything made with vinergar. Their preference is for lime/lemon. But these days they too are savouring the 'christao' dish. The fashion is to ask for 'Richard masala' at any outlet. Further, have you heard of 'Siole' masala? The fisher-folks ask for it, when they need 'Chole masala'.
