Dear Eugene,

Do you really mean Ramakant Desai or was it Khalap...before his fall from IT
and Govt.? Or was it somebody else...with Bhupinder Singh Bhalla and Francis
'Babush' D'Souza?

E-governance was the subject of discussion during the
visit of two Goa minsiters, Francisco D'Souza and
Ramakant Desai.
Both were in Toronto after visiting Calgary, Montreal
and Ottawa. They attened some IT meet in Calgary.
The ministers were hosted by Ben Saldanha of Saldanha
Holidays and Kyle-Sal Resorts at his house. Present
was the new minister in the Ontario cabinet, Harinder
Thakkar, who heads the transport ministry. He is the
first south asian or, more precisely, the first
Canadian of Indian origin to be appointed a minister
in Ontario.

Accompanying the ministers were IT secretary Bhalla
and advisor Saraf.

Will file a big report later.

Eugene Correia.
