Dear Eugene, It is okay if Babush did not mention a date by which the NRI Cell will be set up in Canada. If a politician like him mentions a date, you can be damn sure that he wont mention the year!
Goa had one CM elected every five years from 1963 to 1973. A few CMs after that finished their term of five years. It would be nice if Babush had mentioned in how many parties[political ones and otherwise] he has been in the last ten years and in how many Governments. Selective amnesia is another political prerogative,indeed. I keep voting for him...he is like an 'universal joint' in G.I. pipe plumbing...useful in an emergency. Once Parrikar instals a rigid PVC line, he will still have scrap value. I love my India..hindutva or otherwise. Viva Goa. Miguel P.S.
