Congratulations!! Fatima, you are a winner too. keep it up. I do appreciate your feedback.
To all: It is good to see more and more people showing interest in the Konkani language. People from all over the world to name some, Gulf, Portugal, USA, UK (all Europe), Canada, Australia etc. As it can be seen from the several feedback or comments received (-ve & +ve) both on Goanet and private mails. I think I was wrong to think there was no scope for konkani on GOANET. Soon I am coming up with 'some words most commonly mis-spelt', 'The use & sound of D, L, N, T v/s DD, LL, NN, TT', etc etc. It may take some time (any help/suggestions welcome). Thanks for all the support from all of you. I do go thru yr. mails and ofcourse find them very interesting, specially when something is spoken about konkani. I do read articles in konkani and also the V. Ixtt daily. Now regarding translating the following line in Konkani i.e. 'I AM GOING TO GOA' - it is written as "AUM GOEAM VETAM" ________________________________________________________________________ Want to chat instantly with your online friends?
