The catch here is the word "Native". The woman in the picture is a typical Rajasthani woman. As such, she should not have been depicted as a "Native" woman of Goa.

This is something to think... Check out the link below, to see how modern Goan ladies dressed and shown to the world. In UK, many holiday brochures 'on GOA' show Goan Girls dressed same way as in the picture (below). On one, a similar dressed young non-goan lady pictured & titled as ' Goan Rosy'
