Hello Goanetters, Yesterday was the Feast of St. Francis Xavier and I attended the Feast Mass at St. Mary's Church, Dubai at 8.00 pm. The High Mass was celebrated in Konkani and Fr. Leonardo Morais had especially comedown from Goa to celebrate the Mass along with Fr. Valentine from Mangalore. There was a band in attendance after the mass to entertain the large gathering with snacks & softdrinks served for the public. And not to forget Sorpatel ! It was a rare experience for me, as I had been in Riyadh(Saudi) before coming to Dubai recently. Must add here that I am grateful to this country for allowing the freedom......
