Architects Rajesh Kenkre and Rohan Thimble and Conservation Engineer Ketak
Nachinolkar of ECHO are three young, energetic, and enthusiatic Nature lovers
that I would love to have in the Botanical Society of Goa.

Ketak photographed the denudation at Altinho hill behind 'Boca da Vaca
'[Mouth of the Cow ] fountain,Panaji-Goa, that was earlier published in the
Times of India under the caption "Bonca da Vaca" [ Butt of the Cow ] at my
request. Rajesh and Rohan highlighted the cutting of Rain trees further up
the hill. All three are active in documenting the destruction of our
environment ...and preventing to the extent they can. May their tribe
increase.

Ancient water cistern exist at Cabo Raj Bhavan, NIO and the Seminary of
Rachol/Raitur. St. Xavier's College at Mapusa has proposed to create one on
similar lines. Very sensible structures for Goa.

Viva Goa.
