A couple of years back took some high doses of chemo therapys for a Cancer which i have and due to this my uric acid shot up and now it has lead to gout.. Of and on I get the aquate attacks of Gout.. Which I think I dont need to tell you about. Anyway like you, me too have tried all the possible medicines like Zyloric being the first but it all came to being attacked again. Right now have given up completely on red meats and a lot of other things which lead to high uric acid. The internet has been a real blessing.. I make it a point to drink a lot of water which helps me a lot. Another thing is alcohol. I was a occasional drinker but that too is very bad for gout.. I have now given up drinks completely and well buddy its really helped me a lot. About your hot water teraphy. Well will start with is rith away and let u know on the results.
