Hi Ariosto,

I am already spending a lot of time preparing the articles that I post on Goanet. I dont mind translating my daily article Aichea Dissak Chintop but am hesitant because translation in either way would not be accurate. I would then be bombarded with dozens of questions. We have some people just waiting to catch a mistake in order to bounce at the person typical Goan nature, which we must get rid of if we are to prosper.

The article Aichea Dissak Chintop is written in one small sentence. This being the case, it gives our readers a chance to at least try and attempt to make sense out of it. So, I suggest that everyone give it a try. If those who cannot read Konkani learn one word per day, I am confident they would gradually become better readers and writers! Certainly, this is not asking for too much, especially if you are a Goan no matter which part of the globe you reside!

Hello Domnic and friends,
I appreciate your "Aichea disak chintop" in Konkani. May I request you
to also give translation in English, if possible, so that those who wish
to learn Konkanin sayings may be encouraged to learn.
Mog assom di ani vadoom di. Dev borem korum.
With every good wish and prayer for this grace-filled season to you and
yours from
Ariosto
