Frederick does make sense.  I wonder if this is not applicable in all
the other cases too.

Can he please also inform us how Pacheco became rich from the rags that
Pacheco says he was born in?  As I said that it will be instructive to
the youth of Goa in terms of a role model.

Questions like the ones below presume that it's ministers who make a
difference to Goa's tourism sector. It hasn't really happened. Not with
Pacheco, or his predecessors. FN
