The party has decided to start its campaign unofficially well in advance without waiting for the Lok Sabha elections to be announced. (H) ONE ARRESTED: The Anti-Narcotic Police arrested John Mutua Mustio, a Kenyan national, on the charge of possessing 128 grammes of charas at Prabhuwaddo, Calangute, on December 13. (GT) 'GUTKA' SEIZED" Police have seized two-and-a-half tons of 'Gutka' worth Rs.3 lakh at the Konkan Railway station in Margao on December 14. Police arrested on Dharshan Lal Ram Bharse from Uttar Pradesh along with the consignment of 60 bags containing Gutka. This ruling was given by a Bench comprising Justice RC Lahoti and Justice Ashok Bhan while settling a 15-year-old dispute between a father and his daughters in Salem District of Tamil Nadu.
