The Minister for Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, Mr Manohar Azgaonkar will preside over the function. Deputy Collector, Mr R D Mirajkar and Mamlatdar of Pernem, Mr D M Redkar will be the special invitees.
The function is being organised by the department to make all the consumers aware of their rights, to know about the grievances redressal agencies, their functioning and also the various efforts undertaken by the government for the protection the consumers' rights.
