The conference christened as "GOA MARG SURAKSHA PARISHAD�2004" (Goa Road Safety Conference - 2004) will provide a platform for all stakeholders to deliberate on the burning issues of traffic and road safety in Goa. The Conference will be held on Saturday, the 3rd and Sunday, the 4th April 2004 at Panaji. The Conference will focus on the transport and traffic scenario in Goa, the rising rate of road accidents, the problems of pedestrians and commuters, road engineering and enforcement and education for empowerment..
