Dear Dr. de Souza Not even 5 percent can speak Konkani. Our Dy. Sarpanch cannot speak a word in Konkani. We speak to them in Hindi or through interpreters. Their children are studying in their language schools or go to English schools. I do not know if you have heard of Daravi. Zuarinagar is Goa's Daravi. It is the most dirty place in Goa.
In a few days I shalll send you the list of all voters of Vasco da Gama. Let me know if you want the voters list of any other place.
