These sort of grievances are best to air out on Goanet, Goa Tourism Board, the Goan CM, and copy to British Tourism Authority (BTA) I say BTA if the tour (out bound tours)was arranged and paid for in the UK. Even better if you have the names of these fly by night culprits. On a recent event where a group of locals went berserk to destroy beach side businesses run by foreigners in Goa (mind you inspite of possessing all docs in order) the participants are mainly illiterate loafers who will ransack the place for a fee of meagre drink and food. It is not right what they did to these foreigners.

Please could you let me know of any organisation in Goa where I could address these issues. I have already contacted the necessary associations in the UK but feel I would like to point out to officials in Goa my bad experience and hope nobody else would share a similar fate of substandard conditions and exploitation.
