Humour or no humour, there is tendency on goanet to take bits and pieces of postings to construct uncrecognizable phantoms! In the posting below one could almost conclude that Dr. Diaz who wrote the text, and not the author of the book on *The Origin of the Goa Inquisition* (original title in Portuguese) was a functionary of the Portuguese National Archives.
