I certainly think that some arrangements could be made for those who want to visit the Church. However, to link all this business of the Navy closing the place to visitors is not an Indian plot against Goa and Goans as TGF seems to be saying. I disagree with the inflammatory language on this website. One would think from the language that there is absolutely no religious freedom in India just because this particular church has become part of Navy territory. I'm sure a way can be found to resolve the issue of getting permission for a few visitors every year. You have the maturity to help get this resolved in an amicable way. Filomena
