Received today a reply from GOA Chief Minister. At first, I thought this was another joke played by some one but since it come from [EMAIL PROTECTED], it must must genuine.
He says 'the matter is 18 years old and nothing can be done now..' I have posted the reply on the our group message board since it was addressed to Group Owner. But we are still going ahead with the trip are we are so confident that permission will be granted by the Navy and that is all we asked for. If Marathi Activists ask equal status now, will he drive them away saying the matter is over 15 years old? Once has to wait and see what he has to say in this regards.
