This order of the Govt. of Goa, indicates a self admitted 'Total failure' of supplying safe water. This commodity is the 'most essential to 'Life'.
As such the Govt. of Goa must resign en masse. What is evryone in Goa doing? Wake up! This is your chance. Organise and force this 'stupid' Govt. to get out.
Call in the international media and even the UN will be within the rights of all. Will some one start a mass movement for the resignation of this Govt. first, and then to proceed to charge sheet these irresponsible people and gherao them to jump from the top, the highest point on the Zuari Bridge?
You need the best of leaders and the media to monitor the evil machinations of these people. Wish you all in Goa the very best, specially in this regard.
