On the top of all we are denied should humour be sent that way?
I would go with Marie Antonette and scoff: water, what water? ... can't the blighted people drink wine?

Hi Fatima
I would advise you to take everything on the goanet with a pinch of salt. And don't ever believe that gentleman Cecil. When it comes to satire he is non-pareil. BTW, did you know that the government wants to make helmets compulsory for pedestrians on city roads and highways and byways? I know you already heard that one? Well all I can say is life and our government are stranger than the best of O Henry's fiction. There's always a twist in the tail(tale).
Regards
Tony Martin
