You appear to be new to Goanet. Actually, what the writer meant is delirious. Such malapropisms are quite common in this forum.
Here's another example: "It is fine for some to say, Goans would not appreciate it if we were discriminated in the West in the same way. To these decorators I would say wake up and smell the coffee."
Here what the author meant is "detractors". You'll get used to it!
