NORWEGIAN RELEASED ON BAIL
Judicial Magistrate First Class, Panaji, Shekhar V. Parab, today (Feb 13) released the Norwegian Citizen Mr. Ivar Fjeld, resident of Milroc Complex Ribandar, on bail of Rs 5000. Mr. Fjeld appeared before the Magistrate to answer charges under section 506 Part 2 of the Indian Penal code after a Private Criminal Complaint filed by Mr. Feliciano De Sousa that the accused had threatened to take his life.
