"DRAGON FEST" AT DONA PAULA Last evening (February 14) journalist-event manager Ethel da Costa organised a superb festival of music "Dragon Fest" at the Dona Paula jetty on the occasion of Valentine's Day. The three bands performing there were Goa's Tidal Wave, Mumbai's Zero and US-based Dragon Fly.
