Solution - Get a cat. The bigger the better, as Goan rats are BIG. If all else fails, enlist the services of a Pied Piper. There's quite a few on GoaNet, so you wont have a problem finding one. Recommend that you check their credentials though. I am assuming thaqt you are serious, and are not referring to two-legged rats which abound in Goa.
