I realised as much, i very much sympathise with the victim, but marlon, rather than adding salt to wounds, it is better you contribute on this article sympathetically ,today it is this girl, tommorrow it could be anyone,an act of one person does not mean all the goans are disgraceful.
My earlier mail had a question what about all the crimes happening in goa by outsiders, on which category they fall? Disgraceful or respectful?
