I think the question Marlon is asking is whether Goa has anything *beyond* 
its school/college/university level competitions. Something that is 
accessible for just about anyone wanting to take part. For competitive or 
non-competitive reasons.

One risk is that sports seems to be becoming increasingly a 
spectator-event in Goa too. Football might be different, what with the 
second-division and the possibilities of dozens of goals. FN
