I'm not sure this is accurate. The information displayed is that of where the nearest cell tower is located. And, of course, all parts of Goa don't have their own cell towers. For instance, when I'm at Saligao as usual, the 'cell info' keeps either pointing to Calangute or Anjuna. Of course, I'm in neither, but between 3 to 8 kms away.
