Notification No. 2/20/92-HD(G) dated 9-11-95 "principal notification " gets yet another amendment. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ In condition 5 of the Principal Notification, in clause (1), for the expression "The fee for renewal of such licence shall be Rs. 1.00 lakh in both the aforesaid cases" the following shall be substituted, namely:-
" A five Star Hotel which has been issued a licence for installing electronic amusement/slot machines in their premises shall pay annually a renewal fee of Rs.10/- per room per day.
The total amount in this regard shall be deposited into the Government treasury in advance and for this purpose, the Challan shall be filled and signed by the Competent Officer of the Home Department before depositing the amount into the Government treasury.
The fee for renewal of licence in respect of licenced vessel shall be Rs. 1.00 lakh".
This notification shall come into force with immediate effect.
