This is in reference your request " How to register birth in Goa?" I too have the same problem and during my last visit to Goa I tried to find out about it. Following is what I was told to do:- One has to go to the Chief Registrar of births & deaths office . It is situated in the Junta Annexe Build. on the 3rd floor in Panaji. Here you will get a form which has all the details required to register your child who is born outside India of Indian parents. If you need the form I can send it to you by an attachment.
