Rosary Ferns' new album to be released in Kuwait Kuwait-based Konkani stage artiste, Rosary Ferns, is all set to release his new album "Matarponn" in Kuwait on Thursday, March 25, 2004.
Rosary Ferns hails from Colva (Goa) and actively participates in Konkani tiatrs and programmes in Kuwait. Among his recently produced Konkani audio albums, "Dinar" "Pirachit" and "Khast Devachi" stands out. "Tumcam Lagon Jhiealom", "Ami Chuklim" and "Sukh Khuim Assa?" are some of his tiatrs, penned and directed by him were well received. Interestingly, his tiatrs has been presented under different banners like Colva United Centre, United Goans Centre, and Konkani Heritage Kuwait. The title song "Matarponn" has been well composed and it was one of the items featured in the Cultural Programme for Goa Day 2003 organized by the Goan Welfare Society (GWS) in association with Goan clubs/organizations in Kuwait.
