PANAJI: Bollywood 'dream girl,' Hema Malini, will star the BJP campaign in
Goa. She holds special charm and promise for the party, which rules the
dream state - a secular bastion with high socioeconomic indices.

Goa chief minister Manohar Parrikar acknowledges winning two seats in the
Lok Sabha polls may not amount to a big contribution, but retaining them
with a huge victory margin is the challenge.

Hema has been drafted in the campaign carnival to bring in the crowd. While
senior BJP leaders like party president Venkaiah Naidu, general secretary
Pramod Mahajan and Union minister Sushma Swaraj will deliver the hard talk
on politics, Hema will provide a whiff of freshness the crowds would throng
to have a dekko.
