How nice to hear from you. Why does a young person like you with a beautiful name 'Candice' have an e-mail address like 'goenchimanna'?
Actually there are many, many GoaNet subscribers who are below 30 years. JoeUk was just making a general statement (I presume). The debate is whether or not there are people below 18 subscribed to GoaNet. If this is the case then we have to be very careful about what we write. They could go out and indulge in some criminal activities and then claim they were influenced by some posting on GoaNet.
This is the main concern of the GoaNet Administrators and that is why they want to make this a 'family list' where we do not discuss any matters that might be misread by anyone below 18.
So we are trying for a headcount to see how many GoaNet subscribers are below 18. If there are a substantial amount (anything more than zero) then we will have to be very careful what we write because of the strange nature of the Law regarding Crime by Juveniles. If you, or anyone, know GoaNet subscribers who are underage please report this immediately before we are all taken to Court for influencing children to be immoral.
