I think it was the redoubtable Khushwant Singh who had mooted this idea years ago. Political parties obviously won't act. Maybe the judiciary would, on grounds on reasonableness? Maybe Goanetters entitled to vote here could sign an online petition, under the aegis of iPetition (www.ipetitions.com) or some other net mechanism, to be submitted to a High Court? Just thinking.
