Throughout this week all mails sent by me to Hotmail addresses are bouncing
back with the message:

"Delivery Notification: Delivery has timed out and failed
.....
.....
Your message is being returned; it has been enqueued and undeliverable for
X days to the following recipients:"

Sometime last month Yahoo addresses were giving a similar problem and
bouncing back any messages sent from 'sancharnet.in'.
Are only messages sent from 'sancharnet.in' facing this problem or is it a
bigger issue? Anyone knows what's happening?
