As most of you must be knowing I assist my wife Beatrice in her flowers-by-email business - EXPRESSIONS. I handle all the correspondence. Last Sunday was Mothers' Day and as usual we had quite a few orders to be delivered all over Goa.

One person sent in a beautiful message to his mother written in Konkani. It was so touching that I have taken his permission to share the message with you all. After all in the flower business we operate under an implicit agreement of client confidentiality. The sender/writer's name is Cajetan de Sanvordem (based in Kuwait) and I have his permission to use his name and spread his lovely message, to his mother, around. Here it is:
