RESPONSE: The operators are not forex dealers, they are simply money
changers. forex dealers do not touch money they buy and sell over the phone,
I have had very good exchange rates in Margao, opposite the Menezes Farmacia
and quite close to the Salcette pharmacy there is a money changer in a
clothing shop. One can get almost interbank rates from him.

cheers,

Gabe Menezes.
